Bio:   Aurora Leode Fadonougbo è una scrittrice ed editor. La sua indagine si concentra sugli spazi emotivi e politici diasporici, sull’ecologia e sull’antispecismo in una prospettiva decoloniale.

ING:    Aurora Leode Fadonougbo is a writer and editor. Their work explores the emotional and political dimensions of diasporic spaces, as well as ecology and anti-speciesism from a decolonial perspective. 

Descrizione evento : Workshop di lettura e scrittura per esplorare le sfaccettature della memoria diasporica ~ memoria identitaria reale, immaginata, che appartiene, tradisce, genera ~ per smantellare, mentire, riconfigurare, sottrarre, mescolare, inventare e ricostruire, forti del potere creativo della sua inaffidabilità.

Un lavoro a partire dal terreno fertile della letteratura contemporanea sulla propria idea di memoria, con un focus sulle mappature dei luoghi corporei e geografici che tocca ed esclude, in un atto trasformativo personale e collettivo di lettura e scrittura creativa.

Alla fine del workshop i partecipanti che vorranno realizzeranno un testo in prosa o poesia che confluirà in una fanzine collettiva online a seguito di un lavoro di editing.

ING : A reading and writing workshop exploring the many facets of diasporic memory—memory that is real, imagined, rooted in belonging, betrayal, and generation—in order to dismantle, distort, reconfigure, erase, intertwine, invent, and reconstruct it, drawing strength from the creative power of its unreliability.

Working from the fertile ground of contemporary literature, participants will investigate their own understanding of memory, with a particular focus on mapping the bodily and geographical places it inhabits and excludes, through a personal and collective process of reading and creative writing.

At the end of the workshop, participants who wish to do so will produce a piece of prose or poetry that, following an editing process, will become part of a collective online fanzine.
